Tinology Designs, Inc. was started by Thomas Carter. A fireman by day and artisan by night, Tom built his first tin mirror frame for his wife. Friends asked where she got the frame, and word spread quickly. Tom soon had several orders to build tin frames for mirrors, artwork, and family portraits. Encouraged by positive feedback from family and friends, Tom showed his work to several interior designers. Needless to say the rest is history, and the company grew rapidly. Tom knew it was important to continue offering the high quality products and services his clients had come to expect. Thankfully, he didn't have to go far to find people with exceptional talents and integrity he needed to grow his company.
Tom has since expanded his tin ceiling frame product line to include planter boxes, fireplace mantels, plasma TV frames, wall medallions, ceilings, backsplashes, and furniture. The emphasis of Tinology Designs, Inc. is to produce high quality, custom products with no limitations on size or finish. We focus on listening to our clients' needs.
